REAL ESTATE AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY
AERIAL DRONE PHOTOGRAPHY
Aerial photography is one of the hottest new ways of promoting your listing. It provides potential home buyers a bird's eye view of the property. Our team of experienced and licensed pilots are here to make your aerial photo session enjoyable and safe. Our aerial photo package includes up to a one hour session and up to 15 aerial images. Clients receive high-res and MLS-optimized image sets from their photo session. View more examples of our aerial portfolio.
*SCHEDULING A TEAM PILOT:
Team pilot photo styles may vary. Team pilot shoots are subject to availability. It is highly recommended that the agent be present for the aerial shoot to communicate any special shot requests to the team pilot. Team pilot shoots must be paid in advance before your aerial session will be scheduled and confirmed. Team pilots cannot accept payment.
AERIAL PHOTO SESSIONS:
Your home will be shot AS-IS. The property must be photo-ready when we arrive. We do not provide any cleaning, moving or home staging services. Failure to have your home photo-ready may impact the number of photographs taken. Your appointment includes a specific amount of time for the aerial session. Any return trip to the property for re-shoots will incur a re-shoot fee. Please review our tips on how to prepare the home for your shoot.
IMAGE EDITING & DELIVERY TIMES:
All of our photo packages include our in-house Standard Image Editing, which includes straightening, cropping, adjusting the color, contrast, brightness, saturation, etc. If you require Advanced Image Editing, please contact us. After payment has been received in full, images are delivered next day via electronic download. Delivery times for commercial and custom aerial photo packages will vary.
AERIAL REQUIREMENTS AND SAFETY
