PERPETUAL USE IMAGE LICENSE
Images are the intellectual property of Pro Property Shots. Copyright to all images produced for the Client will be held by Pro Property Shots. In exchange for the licensing fee, a license is granted to Client for all images associated with the property. The Client is granted a “Perpetual Use” image license to use those images for marketing and promotional purposes in perpetuity. The images may also be used by the Client’s parent company for the sole purpose of marketing and promotion. Usage is not granted to any third party. Any usage of the images by a third party, including but not limited to architects, builders, stagers, designers, buyers or sellers, is strictly prohibited unless prior written approval is given by Pro Property Shots. Image usage rights are non-exclusive, non-transferable and cannot be traded, bartered or sold.
The works of authorship contained in the Pro Property Shots website, and all of its associated files may not, in whole or in part, be reproduced, published, distributed, performed, displayed, transmitted or incorporated in compilations or derivative works without the express written permission of Pro Property Shots (including but not limited to reproduction on other web sites, distribution by electronic mail, or republication in a printed publication). Conversely, if you upload, post, or otherwise provide any work of authorship to any part of this website, you will be deemed to have granted Pro Property Shots a non-revocable, worldwide, non-exclusive license to reproduce, publish, distribute,perform, display, transmit that work and to incorporate it in compilations or derivative works and you waive all rights of attribution and integrity.
