TERMS OF SERVICE

By using the Pro Property Shots website and/or purchasing services from us, you agree to the terms of service set forth in this Agreement. We reserve the right to change or modify the provisions of this Agreement at any time. You should check this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to our terms of service, you should not use our website or purchase our services. By using this website and/or purchasing services from us, you agree to be legally bound and abide by these Terms of Service, just as if you had signed a written legal agreement.

ALL SERVICES:

YOUR APPOINTMENT:
Because we shoot multiple homes each day, it is important that your property be “photo-ready”, when we arrive. In order to service all of our clients in a professional manner, your appointment includes an allotted amount of time for your photo session. Your home will be shot AS-IS. The property must be photo-ready when we arrive. We do not provide any cleaning, moving or home staging services. Failure to have your home photo-ready may impact the number of photographs taken. Your appointment includes a specific amount of time for the photo session.

SCHEDULING A TEAM MEMBER:
Team member photo and/or video shoots are subject to availability and team member styles will vary. It is highly recommended that the agent be present for the shoot to communicate any special shot requests to the team member. Team member photo and video shoots must be paid in advance before the appointment will be scheduled/confirmed. Team photographers cannot accept payment.

PAYMENT:
If your photo session is with Jack, he will process your credit card at the end of your photo shoot.
For team photographer photo shoots, aerial drone services, and video services, we will email you an electronic invoice via Square. You may pay your electronic invoice with any major credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Payment must be received in full before your appointment will be scheduled and confirmed. We do not accept checks.

TRAVEL FEES and PARKING:
Pro Property Shots offers real estate photography in Los Angeles via our local service area. Our local service area includes all properties that are located less than 30 miles from Marina del Rey. Properties located outside our local service area will incur a travel fee. Travel fees are calculated via Google Maps and are based on the distance from 4712 Admiralty Way, Marina del Rey 90292 to the client’s property. If guest parking or free street parking is unavailable, clients will be responsible for any parking fees incurred by photographers to park in a nearby parking lot.

CANCELLATIONS and RESCHEDULING:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request at least 48 hours notice via our contact form on this website. You will receive a cancellation confirmation email from us within 24 hours. If you do not receive a cancellation confirmation email from us, that means we did not receive your cancellation request and your appointment is still reserved. Please call us immediately. If you give less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a $30.00 cancellation fee. There is no cancellation fee for rescheduling your shoot due to bad weather. If you repeatedly cancel or reschedule appointments, we will require a $100.00 non-refundable security deposit to reserve your next photo shoot.

NO SHOWS/LATE SHOWS/SCRAP SHOOT:
If you do not show up for your appointment or if you show up so late that the shoot has to be cancelled, you will be charged a $100.00 trip fee that must be paid in full before we can reschedule another shoot. If we arrive at the property and are unable to shoot the home due to lack of electricity, lack of interior access or other issues, the appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged a $100.00 scrap shoot fee that must be paid in full before we can schedule another shoot for you.

RESHOOTS/REFUNDS:
Any return trip to the property for reshoots will incur a fee. The minimum reshoot fee is $150.00.
In order to avoid a reshoot: 1. Please be sure the property is “photo-ready” and is cleaned and styled to your specifications. 2. Make sure weather conditions are to your liking. 3. Communicate any specific shot requests to us via email prior to your appointment. 4. Purchase the interior lighting upgrade and deluxe image editing option.
Refunds are provided on a case by case basis. Refunds will not be provided in situations where the client was not present at the shoot, the client failed to communicate specific shot requests, the client did not purchase the interior lighting upgrade and deluxe image editing or the images are not materially different in image quality from those contained in our portfolio.

PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES:

PHOTO SESSIONS:
Your home will be shot AS-IS. We do not provide any cleaning/moving/home staging services. The property must be photo-ready when we arrive. Failure to have your home photo-ready may impact the number of photographs taken. Please review our tips on how to prepare the home. Your photo package includes a specific amount of time for the photo session and a maximum number of images shot. Any return trip to the property for re-shoots will incur a re-shoot fee. The minimum re-shoot fee is $150.00. Weekend photo sessions are by special request and are subject to availability.

DELIVERY TIMES:
After payment has been received in full, ECO and COM photo package images are delivered next business day by 6pm via electronic download. Expedited image delivery is offered on a limited basis and delivery times will vary based upon our workload. Twilight images and their associated daytime images are delivered within two business days. Expedited image delivery is not available for PRO photo packages or twilight photo packages. Delivery times for all other services is typically two to five business days. A delay in payment will delay the processing and delivery of your images. TEAM PHOTOGRAPHERS:
Team photographer photo shoots are subject to availability and team photo styles will vary. It is highly recommended that the agent be present for the photo shoot to communicate any special shot requests to the team photographer. Team photographer photo shoots must be paid in advance before the photo shoot will be scheduled and confirmed. Team photographers cannot accept payment. Please review our Appointments page prior to scheduling a photo session.

IMAGE QUALITY/NUMBER OF IMAGES/SHOT REQUESTS:
For optimum image quality, we recommend that clients purchase a PRO photo package. Any specific shot requests must be communicated to the photographer at the time of the photo session or communicated directly to Pro Property Shots via email prior to your photo session. It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any specific angles, property areas, or home features that will need to be photographed. If the client does not inform us of any specific shot requests, the photographer on-location will determine the shot list and will photograph the property to the best of their ability. Each photo package includes a specific number of images shot. We do not “over shoot” homes. For example, if you purchase a PRO-15, the photo package includes up to a total of 15 photographs taken. If you need more images shot, you will need to purchase a larger package.

IMAGE EDITING SERVICES:

BASIC IMAGE EDITING:
Basic image editing includes: removing the camera reflection in mirrors, sharpening the image, straightening the vertical lines of the walls, reducing image noise, blurring of or removal of agent’s sign (depending on the complexity of the edit), reducing distortion and chromatic aberration, cropping the edges of the images, adjusting the global color, contrast, saturation, clarity, white balance and exposure. Basic image editing is included for free on our ECO and COM photo packages.

DELUXE IMAGE EDITING:
Deluxe image editing includes everything in our Basic Image Editing option plus: removal of agent’s sign in exterior images, removal of pool hoses and debris in swimming pools, clean up lawns, gardens, and pools, add blue skies and green grass to exterior images, clean up stains on floors, add fire to fireplaces, add scenes to all TVs and enhance the view through interior windows. Please allow up to two business days for image delivery.

ADVANCED IMAGE EDITING:
Advanced image editing is reserved for the most time-intensive complicated photo edits. For example, removing a car from a photo, removing difficult hard water stains from glass, or constructing an elaborate multi-image composite with intricate details. Advanced image editing is for any editing request not covered in Basic or Deluxe editing. Please allow three to five business days for image delivery. Pricing is based upon the specifics of the client’s editing requests. Please call for your complimentary quote.

AERIAL DRONE SERVICES:

SCHEDULING AN AERIAL SESSION:
Aerial sessions are subject to availability and pilot photo styles may vary. It is highly recommended that the agent be present for the appointment to communicate any special shot requests to the team pilot. Aerial only shoots must be paid in advance before your appointment will be scheduled and confirmed. Our pilots cannot accept payment.

THE AERIAL SESSION:
Your home will be shot AS-IS. The property must be photo/video ready when we arrive. We do not provide any cleaning, moving or home staging services. Failure to have your home ready may impact the quality of your video or the number of photographs taken. Your appointment includes one hour of time for the aerial session. Any return trip to the property for re-shoots will incur a re-shoot fee. Please review our tips on how to prepare the home for your shoot.

AERIAL PHOTO EDITING & DELIVERY:
All aerial photos include our in-house Basic Image Editing process. After payment has been received in full, aerial images are delivered next business day via electronic download. Delivery times for custom aerial photo packages will vary.

AERIAL TEASER VIDEO EDITING & DELIVERY:
Our aerial teaser video includes Basic Video Editing. After payment has been received in full, your aerial teaser video will be delivered within two business days. Any additional revisions to your video will incur an editing fee.

AERIAL TEASER VIDEO HOSTING:
Pro Property Shots does not provide any video hosting services. We recommend using a video hosting provider, such as YouTube or Vimeo to host your videos. They will be able to provide you with shareable links and embed code for your websites and social media.

REAL ESTATE VIDEO SERVICES:

VIDEO SESSIONS:

Your video package includes a specific amount of time for the video session. Any return trip to the property for video re-shoots will incur a re-shoot fee. Please call for the minimum video re-shoot fee. Weekend video sessions are by special request.

VIDEO EDITING & REVISIONS:
All of our video packages include our in-house basic video editing. If you require Advanced Video Editing, such as compositing, key-framing, custom animation, etc., please contact us. After the client has received the first cut of the video, clients receive one complimentary revision to their video. Any additional revisions will incur an editing fee.

VIDEO DELIVERY TIMES & HOSTING:
After payment has been received in full, the first cut of your video is delivered in three to five business days via electronic download. Delivery times for commercial and custom video packages will vary. Expedited video delivery is unavailable. A delay in payment will delay the creation of your video. If you have specific delivery requirements, please contact us prior to scheduling your video session. Your video will be delivered as a web-friendly MP4 video file. Pro Property Shots does not provide any video hosting services. We recommend using a video hosting provider, such as YouTube or Vimeo to host your videos. They will be able to provide you with shareable links and embed code for your websites and social media.

ROYALTY-FREE MUSIC
Agent's may select a track of their choice from our in-house music library of royalty-free songs. Agents may also select music from other outside royalty-free music sources, but they will be responsible for any licensing fees incurred by Pro Property Shots associated with their selection.

TEAM VIDEOGRAPHERS:
Team member video shoots are subject to availability and team video styles may vary. It is highly recommended that the agent be present for the shoot to communicate any special shot requests to the team member. Team member video shoots must be paid in advance before the shoot will be scheduled and confirmed. Team members cannot accept payment. MISCELLANEOUS

ELECTRONIC NEWSLETTER AND OPT-OUT
By contacting Pro Property Shots, you agree to receive occasional email correspondence and electronic newsletters. Users may opt-out of receiving future electronic newsletters by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletter.
