QUICK SHOT

The Quick Shot Special is for customers that want the most “bang for their buck” and don’t mind letting us do our thing. It’s a fast-paced photo session offered at a discounted rate. We photograph the “core” images typically needed for a residential real estate listing. Homes are shot as-is in the most efficient manner entirely at our discretion with no input from the homeowner or agent. All of the interior and exterior image compositions are chosen exclusively by us. Client grants us full creative control. The Quick Shot cannot be scheduled for unattended homes over 3,000 square feet. The homeowner or agent must be present for homes over 3,000 square feet. The home must be photo-ready with all lights on and all blinds open, as we will begin shooting immediately upon arrival. Due to time constraints, we may not shoot any community features or condo amenities such as the pool, gym, or lobby. Prior to booking, please contact us for full details so that we may answer any questions.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Photo packages listed on our website are shot in natural light without any additional lighting. This may cause slight color variations in some of your interior images that will not be corrected in Photoshop without additional cost and labor. Clients, who desire optimum color accuracy for their interior images, should purchase a custom photo package with flash interior lighting.
