PRO HDR PHOTOS
PRO packages are our standard HDR real estate photo sessions for single family homes. HDR (High Dynamic Range) photography perfectly balances harsh shadows and bright windows by merging multiple exposures into a single PRO image. The result? Vibrant, true-to-life photos that beautifully highlight every corner of your listing. By combining natural light with advanced editing, we deliver inviting visuals on a fast turnaround. It’s the ultimate, cost-effective solution for agents who want high-quality assets that stand out in a competitive online market without the premium price tag. PRO photo packages are shot as-is HDR wide-angle “real estate” style in natural light. They do not include vignettes or editorial compositions.
FLASH PHOTOS
FLASH photography seamlessly blends precision artificial lighting with natural ambient tones to eliminate harsh shadows and unnatural color casts. The result is a collection of crisp, bright, listing-ready images. By strategically bouncing light and fine-tuning every frame, this advanced technique ensures proper exposure and improved color accuracy. Tailored specifically for upscale properties and luxury estates, this meticulous method delivers an ultra-premium, polished look. Flash photo packages are shot wide-angle “real estate” style. They do not include vignettes or editorial compositions.
EDITORIAL PHOTOS
EDITORIAL photography is where fine art meets high-end real estate marketing. Moving beyond standard wide-angle “real estate” shots, this style focuses on striking compositions, dramatic plays of light and shadow, and curated angles that look right at home in an architectural magazine. We approach your property through a creative, editorial lens—meticulously framing every shot to tell a sophisticated story of design, texture, and space. It is the ultimate choice for luxury listings, historic properties, and architectural masterpieces that demand a deeply artistic and elevated visual presentation.
QUICK SHOT PHOTOS
The QUICK SHOT is a fast-paced photo session for clients that want the most “bang for their buck” and don’t mind letting us do our thing. It’s for customers who want a completely hands-off approach to their photo session. Homes are shot as-is wide-angle HDR “real estate” style in natural light solely at our discretion with no input from the homeowner or the agent. This means that the actual image compositions or “angles shot” are chosen exclusively by the photographer. We shoot the “core” photos that are typically needed for a traditional residential sales or rental listing. We choose the shots and you save!
SPECIALTY PHOTOS
TWILIGHT photography is designed to create that undeniable "wow" factor for your listings. As the sun dips below the horizon, we capture your property framed by a deep blue or vibrant sunset sky. The contrast allows the home’s interior and exterior lighting to cast a warm, golden glow, transforming the listing into a dramatic, inviting masterpiece. It is the ultimate way to showcase high-value features, like a beautifully lit pool, or a prime outdoor entertainment area. No editorial photos.
DRONE photography elevates your listing by delivering a breathtaking, bird’s-eye perspective that standard ground photography simply cannot match. By capturing sweeping images from optimal vantage points, drone photography seamlessly showcases the entire scope of a property. It is an indispensable tool for luxury estates and large acreages, giving buyers a grand sense of scale and location that immediately commands attention online. Drone photos are available for all FAA safe homes.
EXTERIOR photo packages are available for any size single family home. Exterior packages do NOT include any interior images. Homes are shot as-is "Real Estate" style in natural light. No editorial photos.
COMMERCIAL PHOTOS

For apartment communities, townhome developments, and condo complexes, our specialized Multi-Unit Photography ensures a cohesive, high-end look across various floor plans, common areas, and community amenities. Whether you need to showcase a single flagship commercial location or an entire residential portfolio, we deliver crisp, meticulously edited, and production-ready images that command attention in competitive real estate markets.
Commercial packages are available for any size or type of property. Multi-unit packages are available for multiple units located within the same condo/apartment building. Properties are shot as-is wide-angle “real estate” style in natural light. They are not editorial photos.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
If you wish to direct the entire photo session, supervise each compositional setup, exert total control over how and what is being shot, or basically “micro-manage” the photo session, you will need to purchase a custom photo package.
All properties are shot as-is. This means that if your property is dirty and cluttered, it will be photographed dirty and cluttered. We do not provide any cleaning, moving or home staging services.
Photos are typically delivered next business day by midnight. In rare instances, it may take up to two business days based upon our workload. Editorial photos may take one to three business days for delivery. All photo packages include interior and exterior photos, one set of high-resolution photos, one set of MLS-optimized photos, and our Deluxe Image Editing. NUMBER OF IMAGES SHOT
The number of images a client ultimately receives depends upon numerous factors such as the photo package purchased, the size of the property, the property being photo-ready by the appointment time, etc. Our PRO photo packages are available for any size home and the pricing is based upon the specific number of images the client would like shot. Our Quick Shot, Flash and Editorial pricing is based upon the square footage of the home and the amount of time included with each package to reasonably shoot the home in that particular style.
For our Quick Shot, Flash and Editorial packages, clients receive all of the images that are shot within the time frame include with the photo package for the specified interior square footage of their home. Here is an example for a 2,200 square foot home shot with the Quick Shot versus Editorial. With a Quick Shot package for a 2,200 square foot home, we would typically shoot somewhere between 20 and 25 images within the 45 minute photo session included with the Quick Shot. With an Editorial package for the same 2,200 square foot home, we would typically shoot somewhere between 30 and 40 images, if not more, within the two hour photo session included with the Editorial photo package. The same exact home could yield a significant difference in the total number of images shot just by choosing a different style of photo package. This is why we cannot say specifically how many images you will receive with certain photo packages. The number of images shot will vary based upon the size of the home and the style of photo package purchased.
Each PRO photo package includes a maximum number of images that may be shot within the allotted time frame based upon the photo package purchased. For example, if you purchase a PRO 15 photo package, our photographers will ONLY shoot up to 15 images of your home. They will NOT shoot 20 images, and you select the best 15. We do NOT overshoot homes and provide selects. For PRO packages, if you ask the on-site photographer to shoot more images than your package includes, you will be automatically upgraded to the a larger photo package. The price difference for the additional images shot must be paid in full before any photos are delivered.
