We use professional equipment and wide angle lenses, in addition to the latest software to deliver outstanding image quality. Our photos utilize creative compositions, angles, and flow to truly convey the essence and feeling of your home. Our residential photo packages are offered exclusively for single-family homes and individual condo units that are located within the greater Los Angeles metro area. Each of our residential photo packages include a specific amount of time on location for your photo session and a maximum number of images shot during your session. All photo packages include interior and exterior photos (unless otherwise noted), Deluxe Image Editing, one set of high-resolution photos, and one set of MLS-optimized photos. All homes are shot as-is.

PRO Photo Packages: PRO photo packages are shot real estate style in natural light and are offered exclusively for single-family homes. All homes are shot as-is and include a maximum number of images shot within your allotted appointment time. Our PRO packages are traditional listing photos for residential properties. They are typically shot with a wide-angle lens from the corner of the room with some input from the client. Please note that they are NOT architectural or editorial photo sessions.
Flambient Photo Packages: Flambient photo packages are shot real estate style in natural light and are offered exclusively for single-family homes. Interior photos include Flash Interior Lighting, which provides brighter images and optimum color accuracy.
Custom Photo Packages: We also offer custom photo packages for any size home. Our custom photo package is a unique photo session created specifically for your home. Custom options may include home prep, flash interior lighting, lifestyle/editorial, sunset/twilight, multi-hour sessions and more. Contact usfor a quote on a custom package.
Editorial Photo Packages: Our Editorial sessions are tailored for clients that wish to capture particular “moments” within their home. Editorial packages are shot real estate style but includes the option of capturing specific scenes and detailed compositions during the appointment. These vignettes are quite similar to the style of photos you would see in an magazine editorial layout.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Please note that multi-unit condo and apartment buildings are considered commercial properties. If you need photos for more than one unit of an apartment or condo building, please contact us for a quote on a commercial package. If you do not see a photo package on our pricing page that meets your specific needs, please contact us for a complimentary quote on a custom package.
Photo packages listed on our website are shot in natural light without any additional lighting. This may cause slight color variations in some of your interior images that will not be corrected in Photoshop without additional cost and labor. Clients, who desire optimum color accuracy for their interior images, should purchase a Flambient photo session with flash interior lighting.

At Pro Property Shots, we take pride in our real estate photos and the value they add to your home. Our PRO photo packages are shot wide angle “real estate” style at our discretion. They are not editorial photo sessions with detail shots and vignettes. If you need editorial photos or if you wish to “direct” the photo session, please contact us. The Quick Shot and Power Hour is for customers who want the most “bang for their buck” and don’t mind letting us do our thing.
