At Pro Property Shots, we take pride in our real estate photos and the value they add to your home. Our PRO photo packages are offered exclusively for single family homes. All homes are shot as-is wide-angle “real estate” style in natural light. They are not editorial photos.

PREMIUM FLASH PHOTOS

Flash Photo Sessions are for customers who want Flash Interior Lighting, which provides brighter images and optimum color accuracy. Homes are shot as-is wide-angle “real estate” style at our discretion. They are not editorial photos. The number of images you will receive with your Flash Photo Session will vary based upon the size of the home. For homes over 7,000 square feet, please contact us for a quote.

SPECIALTY AND COMMERCIAL

The Power Hour is for customers who want the most “bang for their buck” and don’t mind letting us do our thing. The Power Hour is a fast-paced HDR photo session offered at a discounted rate. Homes are shot as-is in the most efficient manner solely at our discretion. Please contact us for more information on our specialty photo packages. Commercial photo sessions are available for any size or type of residential or commercial property. For custom packages, please contact us.

PACKAGE ADD-ONS

Our add-ons are available with the purchase of one of our photo or video packages. Most add-ons are available a la carte for an additional fee. Allow one to three business days for the delivery of your add-ons.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
If you need an editorial photo session with detailed shots to capture particular “moments” in your home, you will need to purchase a custom Editorial photo session. Please contact us for a quote.

Photos are delivered next business day by midnight. In rare instances, it may take up to two business days based upon our workload. All photo packages include interior and exterior photos (unless otherwise noted), Deluxe Image Editing, one set of high-resolution photos, and one set of MLS-optimized photos.
