QUICK SHOT SPECIAL
All homes are shot in natural light solely at our discretion in 45 minutes or less with no input from the homeowner or agent. We choose the shots and you save. The Quick Shot Special is for customers that want the most “bang for their buck” and don’t mind letting us do our thing.
We shoot the “core” photos that are typically needed for a traditional residential sales or rental listing. Your home must be clean and photo-ready. If your home is dirty and cluttered, it will be photographed dirty and cluttered. All homes are shot as-is. Please contact us with any questions.
The Quick Shot Special is only available for single family homes.

IMPORTANT:
It is highly recommended that the homeowner or agent verify that the home is clean and photo-ready prior to the photo session, as we will begin shooting immediatly upon arrival. Homes will be shot as-is. We do not provide any cleaning, moving or home staging services. Please have your home photo-ready.
COLOR ACCURACY:
The Quick Shot Special is shot in natural light without any additional interior lighting. This sometimes may cause slight color variations in your interior images that will not be corrected in post-processing without additional time and costs. Clients, who desire optimum color accuracy for their interior images, should purchase a Flash photo package, which includes Flash Interior Lighting.
