QUICK SHOT PACKAGES
The Quick Shot is a special photo session for customers that want the most “bang for their buck” and don’t mind letting us do our thing. It’s for clients who want a more hands-off approach to their photo session. We choose the shots and you save!
With the Quick Shot, all homes are shot as-is wide-angle HDR “real estate” style in natural light at our discretion with little to no input from the homeowner or agent. This means that shots are chosen by the photographer. At our discretion, we shoot the “core” photos that are typically needed for a traditional residential sales or rental listing. Your home must be clean and photo-ready, as we will begin shooting immediately upon arrival. Whatever images we shoot with the Quick Shot are the images you will receive. If you wish to direct the photo session or exert control over how and what is being photographed, then you will need to purchase a PRO PHOTO PACKAGE.
EDITORIAL PHOTO PACKAGES
All homes are shot as-is editorial style in natural light. Your home must be clean and photo-ready for your appointment. Packages include vignettes and image compositions you would typically see in an architectural magazine. As editorial photo sessions are a highly specialized type of photography, the number of images included with each photo package will vary, based upon the size of the home and areas that need to be photographed. Rest assured, that we want to capture the essence of your home.
FLAMBIENT PHOTO PACKAGES
Homes are shot as-is wide-angle “real estate” style in natural light with interior photos being supplemented with Flash Interior Lighting for brighter images and more accurate colors. They are NOT editorial photos. Your home must be photo-ready and clean, as we will begin shooting upon arrival. As Flambient photo sessions are a highly specialized type of photography, the number of images included with each photo package will vary, based upon the size of the home and areas that need to be photographed. Rest assured, that we want to capture the essence of your home.
SPECIALTY PHOTO PACKAGES
Specialty photo packages are available for single family homes. All homes are shot as-is wide-angle “real estate” style in natural light. They are NOT editorial photos. Your home must be clean and photo-ready, as we will begin shooting upon arrival. Drone photos are available for all homes in FAA safe areas. Drone photos are available at a discounted rate as an add-on. Please contact us for details.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Photos are typicallly delivered next business day by midnight. In rare instances, it may take up to two business days based upon our workload. Twilight photos may take up to two business days because of the late start time of your photo session. All photo packages include interior and exterior photos (unless otherwise noted), one set of high-resolution photos, one set of MLS-optimized photos, and our Deluxe Image Editing.
