EDITORIAL PHOTO PRICING
All homes are shot as-is editorial style in natural light. Your home must be clean and photo-ready for your appointment. Packages include vignettes and image compositions you would typically see in an architectural magazine. For large homes over 5,000 square feet, please contact us directly for booking.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
As editorial photo sessions are a highly specialized type of photography, the number of images included with each photo package will vary, based upon the size of the home and areas that need to be photographed. For example, for small homes under 2,000 square feet, we typically shoot somewhere between 20 and 25 core images. We may, at the photographer’s discretion, shoot additional images above this, depending on what features of the home need to be shot. Rest assured, that we want to capture the essence and story of your home.
Editorial photos are typically delivered next business day by midnight. In rare instances, it may take up to two business days based upon our workload. Editorial packages include interior and exterior photos, one set of high-resolution photos, one set of MLS-optimized photos, and our editorial editing that focuses on warmer tones and a natural aesthetic.
